About this event

Join the Presidential Management Alumni Association during National Disability Employment Month for a special hybrid (in-person and online) session of PMAA’s popular series: “Couchella – learning from your couch”. This timely and interactive session will feature disability advocacy and labor policy experts, as well as PMF alumni.

The sustainability of democracy depends on welcoming new voices in new ways. This session will discuss how Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility can serve as an authentic goal and loadstone in expanding and improving public service. Specifically, our speakers will address how disability must be at the forefront when attracting and developing talent in the federal workplace.

PMAA would especially like to thank Quarles & Brady, LLP. Their partnership has made it possible for PMAA to host our first IN-PERSON development and networking event since the start of the pandemic. In-person attendance will feature light refreshments and networking sessions before and after the formal program. The online event will be hosted through Microsoft Teams.
